With almost a decade in Glasgow’s lettings market, Aimée brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise to GlasHaus. Since beginning her lettings career in 2016, she has gained extensive experience across all areas of property management — from day-to-day operations and HMO licensing to tribunal disputes, major insurance projects, and financial oversight.

Gaining her MARLA qualification in 2018, Aimée has quickly established herself as a trusted professional who balances attention to detail with a personable, approachable style. Having sole responsibility of a portfolio generating an annual rental income of over £1.5 million, she understands the needs of both landlords and tenants and works tirelessly to deliver results with transparency, care, and professionalism.

Kyle Robin
Director
With over six years’ experience in residential property across Scotland and the USA, Kyle brings a unique blend of expertise and a solutions-driven approach to GlasHaus. His career in lettings and sales has equipped him with hands-on knowledge in all areas of property management — from daily operations and maintenance to marketing, rent collection, and complex sales involving unique clauses and EWS1 requirements. Kyle’s unique skillset ensures landlords receive the clear, strategic advice they need to protect, maximise, and grow their portfolios with confidence.
Before returning to Scotland’s property market, Kyle spent five years in commercial construction recruitment overseas, holding senior roles and building lasting partnerships with multinational clients. Known for his ability to deliver under pressure, he honed his skills in business development,
client service, and problem-solving at the highest level.
Approachable and practical, Kyle is the trusted partner landlords turn to when challenges arise, combining business acumen and property expertise to deliver clear guidance, seamless management, and peace of mind at every stage.
